Google’s acquisition of the week is Postini. The relentless buy-outs continue.
Postini is a “Global leader in on demand communications security and compliance” apparently their services compliment Google Apps.
Thanks to $625Mil Postini will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Google.
It would seem that Google is really trying to push their Google Apps system (custom email, calendar, etc for your company/organization).
Anything they can do to enhance system security and spam filtering can’t be a bad thing.
