Fox news is reporting that 1 in 5 IBM employees are in India.
According to the article the New York based company has 73,000 employees in India, an increase of almost 40% on last year.
Wow! doesn’t that pretty much guarantee you an Indian voice on the other end of the phone when you call?
Think about it – if it’s a US based company then there’ll be a whole lot of executives and supervisors and such who most certainly won’t answer a support phone call.
