has a really big sweepstakes thing going on right now.

Famous for their online contests (they’ve given away cars, games consoles, and more) they’re latching on to what they know and giving away HDTV’s. In fact, they’re giving one away every day throughout the month of April!

Charter is using their latest contest to bring in new customers and get them to their Website (of course, Charter.com) where users can build their own service bundle package, tailored to themselves and hopefully saving some money in the process.

As well as 30 22” HDTVs Charter is giving away a grand prize package which includes a 52” LCD HDTV, home theater system and a year of free Charter Digital Cable service (complete with HD programming, naturally) to watch on your lovely new set up.

Unlike many other companies and other contests, Charter hasn’t forgotten their existing loyal customers. If you’re already using Charter services you’ll be automatically entered to win, which is nice of them.

Charter is having so much luck with their promotions that apparently, last month, their Sweepstakes drew more new customers than any other online promotion to date.
I can imagine, the economy is pretty dry, prospective customers are looking for better pricing, anything free is always good and these are some pretty sweet prizes!
