Support high school robotics teams and see a “sport of the mind” firsthand at the 2011 Pittsburgh Regional FIRST Robotics Competition, March 10-12 at the Petersen Events Center in Pittsburgh.

Thirty-nine FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) Robotics Competition (FRC) Teams from eight states and Canada will vie for regional recognition in design excellence, competitive play, and sportsmanship using robots they constructed and programmed in just six weeks. Six teams from our competition will advance to the FIRST World Championship in St. Louis at the end of April. This action-packed event is free and open to the public.
