SDLC Partners L.P. announced that Candice Graytok has joined the team as Human Resource Manager, supporting the following sub-practice areas of Technology Solutions: Application Development, Requirements Management, BQA, and QA Testing. In this role, Candice will be providing dedicated HR support to Technology Solutions practice with a focus on performance management, employee and leader training and development, as well as cultural advancements to drive retention.

SDLC’s Director of Talent and Organization Development, Katherine Waltz, is excited about her decision to join the team. “Having Candice on board is a key step in the evolution of this Human Resources Function. I am excited for the experience, leadership, and capabilities that she will bring to SDLC,” said Katherine.

Candice brings over 8 years of experience in the areas of staffing, recruiting, and employee relations. Her most recent role as the Senior Human Resources Representative was at Kennametal Inc., where she held several roles with increasing responsibilities over her 7 year tenure with them. In her most recent role, Candice was responsible for four different manufacturing facilities in the metallurgical division. Candice received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from St. Vincent’s College and her MBA from Seton Hill.
