The 11 in 1 Credit Card Wallet knife is from Rayburn Fishing – and while I don’t go fishing a lot (see: ever), I can see that this kit has uses anywhere else in life.

It truly is credit card sized, and not horribly thick.

The packaging couldn’t be much simpler.  Basically, you have the tool, a protective case, and a card with a diagram/tool components on it.

My biggest question is… “What is a directional ancillary indicator”?
Apparently it’s a makeshift compass.
Place the tool on a flat surface, drop a couple of drops of water in the indicator hole, and find something metallic/magnetic to float on the drops to align north (a pin, needle, etc).
And there you have it – a compass.

Of course, I’m sure that the top uses for the tool would be the knife, saw, and screwdriver.

You have to be careful using any of it (should go without saying). The knife blade is open, it covers almost the entire length of one of the shorter sides of the card (and a corner), and though it’s not insanely sharp, you’d not want it in your finger.

Aside from using caution, this multitool is great when you’re in a pinch.
It’s the kind of thing to bury at the bottom of a purse, or keep in your vehicle glove box. It really is an emergency essential, and you really can’t go wrong for less than $10.
