image  North Korean Leader Kim Jong-Il has proclaimed himself an ‘Internet Expert’

The AFP is reporting that during a summit Kim Jong-il claimed that his Internet expertise made him reluctant to allow further Internet access for North Korea.

"I am an Internet expert. Many problems would arise if the Internet is connected to other parts of the North," he is reported to have said.

In North Korea televisions, radios, and the Internet are government controlled. They have a ‘special’ version of the Internet which is highly filtered.
