I admit – I’ve been something of a wiring nazi in the past.
I’ve had interns who I made sit and practice connecting RJ-45 end pieces and testing the cable until they got it right at last 3 times in a row.
Hey it worked! they learned!
Wiring like this is a valuable skill to have. It saves money and makes you feel useful.
