WalMart, Dell, and NewEgg have been accused of irresponsible shipping practices
. Shipping small items in large boxes or multiple small items in multiple containers would certainly count as irresponsible.
I order a lot of parts online. I have a couple of favorite suppliers. NewEgg.com is normally pretty good.
I ordered a 20 – 24 pin Motherboard Power converter, it arrived on it’s own in a box that was waaay to big for it.
This thing would have fit in an envelope.
Wouldn’t it be nice if companies were a little more conscientious about their shipping. Maybe they could help the world a little and possibly even drop their prices some.
