Pittsburgh: Oxford Center on Windows For Workgroups?

I happened upon this unfortunate scene while passing through Oxford Center here in Pittsburgh today.

It’s a store directory terminal on the second floor that is actually running Windows for Workgroups!

It’s a logo I haven’t seen in a very, very long time.
