AT&T has posted an announcement on their site that iPhones on AT&T Service will get MMS functionality on September 25th.
AT&T has apparently been working on the Multimedia Messaging Service rollout for the past several months, preparing it for the launch.
AT&T is also stating that they’re “riding the leading edge of smartphone growth” (so slow with MMS and tethering?) “that’s resulted in a 350% growth over the past two years” which I can believe.
Can’t wait to see MMS on my iPhone finally!
