Just thought I’d post a quick thought.

I came across the CounterSpy Antispyware Software software today. It’s really quite neat!

Yes, CounterSpy has been voted #1 on CNET’s software downloads, it’s won other awards from Computer SHopper and Tucows but this is all besides the point.

It works, and that counts for a lot.

It has a small memory footprint, thus takes up few system resources, it protects on a Kernel-level, scans rootkits, and even runs on Vista.

And heck, anything that works is worth less than $20 per year, right?
