Google Calendar is a very powerful meeting scheduler when used properly. It’s even better because it’s free!
A new feature in Google’s Calendar is to mark invited meeting attendees or event guests as optional attendees.
Being an optional attendee gives you the option to give a firm “Yes, I’ll be there”, “No, I won’t be there” or new, “eh, maybe I’ll make it”.
