In an effort to prove that the Google Chrome Browser is super powerful and as wonderful graphics processing and handling abilities, Google is touting the release of Angry Birds in the Google Web App store.
Right now there is a first level and other Chrome themed elements to the game.
It even caches so that you can play offline (really? there’s anyone ‘offline’ any more?)
I’ll say it right now – I have never, ever played Angry Birds (I think my sister has played enough to compensate) but this does open up a rather exciting aspect of online gaming and the Firefox/Internet Explorer/Safari/Chrome Browser Wars.
Bring on the online, in-browser gaming!
