Verizon Wireless Recognised As Network Leader In Mid-Atlantic Region

Are you happy with your Verizon Network? You are not alone. According to JD Power and Associates, Verizon Wireless has ranked highest in network quality for the Mid-Atlantic region. JD Power polled 27,000 wireless subscribers for their study from July through December of 2011. The results of the study showed that Verizon Wireless Network preformed above average in all 6 regions and had the highest ranking in 5 of the 6 regions. VERIZON WIRELESS RECOGNIZED AS THE NETWORK QUALITY LEADER IN MID-ATLANTIC IN LATEST J.D. POWER AND ASSOCIATES STUDY

Wireless Network Performance Study Measured Call, Messaging and Data Quality

PITTSBURGH, Pa.– Verizon Wireless ranked highest among all other national wireless providers in the Mid-Atlantic Region in the J.D. Power and Associates 2012 Wireless Network Quality Performance Study, Volume 1, issued today.  The Mid-Atlantic Region includes Pennsylvania and six other states: Delaware, District of Columbia, Maryland, New Jersey, Virginia and West Virginia.
The J.D. Power and Associates study measured network quality among U.S. wireless service providers.  More than 27,000 wireless subscribers were surveyed by J.D. Power and Associates between July and December 2011 about their experiences with wireless voice, text messaging and data usage.  Based on their responses, Verizon Wireless performed above the regional average in all six regions and ranked highest among national wireless companies in five regions, including the Mid-Atlantic Region.
