I don’t think that QR Codes have had as much of a effect on the advertising and mobile markets as everyone/anyone thought they would/could have.

What is a QR Code?  it’s basically a fancy bar code that you can scan with an application on your smart phone. Once scanned the smart phone takes you to a video, web site or other related content related to the QR Code you just scanned.

You can find QR Codes on everything from magazine advertisements to ketchup bottles, from Tomb stones to tattoos.
Some companies know how to use them – with others it’s obviously just a gimmick.
